Interesting facts

Marina 101 is the tallest residential building in the city and around the world. The world’s second tallest residential building is 432 Park Avenue in New York, which is only 1 meter lower than Marina 101.

The building has 28 elevators, including low-speed service and high-speed elevators for residents.

Princess Tower

The third-tallest tower is the amazing Princess Tower residential building in Dubai Marina. It offers stunning panoramic views of Dubai Eye’s latest landmark on Bluewaters Island.

With a dome on top, it is one of the most recognizable towers in the city. If you are looking for a luxury home, this is what you need.

The tower is located next to King Salman bin Abd Al Aziz Al Saud Street.  The developer was an investment in Tameer Holding. The height of the building is 413.4 meters. It has 101 floors.
