We created a comfort and inspiring environment for the hi-end intellectual office workers. All the best innovative companies are competing for the best minds and professionals, what has led to a reorganization of offices and headquarters.

The project is the result of a radical design of a 120 -square meter new constructed apartment. The owners required the "atmosphere" of the apartment and its transformation into a modern space that exudes aesthetic calm and tranquility, expresses their personality and covers their way of life and their needs.

The traditional approach to organizing office space, used by most design studios today, is becoming less relevant as offices aim to create a working environment that solves current business problems. At the end of 2022, ZIKZAK Architects came up with a new design methodology, which includes a mix of designer and screenwriter approaches, creating a movie plot of the future office life.

The old wooden house, a single-story shophouse, has been replaced by a new house that needs to be expanded to meet the needs of the growing family. Dealing with a limitation of only 4m wide, and a disordered form of the land, to be challenging of design criteria, thinking about what the house would look like or even manage a narrow space and unpredictable mass that would still be able to divide the proportion of the extended family. It's a key design challenge.
