WATG and Wimberly Interiors will soon open the doors to its newest U.S. studio, located in the heart of Dallas.
Designed by Wimberly Interiors, the new 6,000-square-foot space strategically positions the firm in one of the most rapidly expanding markets in the U.S., enhancing the studios’ ability to serve clients across Texas and the Sun Belt region, as well as Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
After establishing a presence in Dallas in late 2024, the newly fitted-out studio reflects the firm’s integrated, global approach to architecture, interiors, planning, and landscape architecture. WATG Managing Principal Richard Luis, Wimberly Interiors Studio Director Kathy Chavez, and Studio Director of Landscape and Planning Chris Dunn lead the Dallas team, bringing deep regional insight and decades of global design experience to the firm’s ongoing work in Texas and beyond.
Founded in 1945 and celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, WATG is one of the world’s leading design firms specializing in advisory, master planning, architecture, and landscape architecture services. Along with Wimberly Interiors, its independent interior design studio founded in 2011, WATG is an industry leader in the hospitality, entertainment, gaming, residential, and urban and mixed-use sectors. WATG and Wimberly Interiors operate studios in Tustin (California), Honolulu, Los Angeles, Atlantic City, New York, London, Singapore, Shanghai, and now Dallas.
A press preview offering tours of the newly opened space will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
