The Hangzhou-based pratice DA XIANG Design Studio has recently completed Courtyard Xiaoya, located in the Xucun Industrial Zone, Haining, Jiaxing, in which the architect built an elegant courtyard on the roof of a factory and named it Xiaoya. The transition of the city is a complicated process. Along with the old memories gradually gone, new emotions are constantly being generated. When production breaks through itself and has more connections with life, the vision of the garden will continue.

El Nido de Quetzalcóatl is an architectural project created by architect Javier Senosiain. The creation of this space was a challenge at the construction level due to the irregular terrain of 5,000 square meters in which it is located, however with time it was possible to create a residential complex of 10 apartments, surrounded by gardens, water mirrors and a forest of oaks.

The autonomous disinfection robots, comprising models from two Hong Kong automation companies GuardForce and Rice Robotics, will be roaming the Tsim Sha Tsui retail and art landmark on pre-programmed routes every 15 minutes during operating hours. They utilise a sanitising solution that is certified to eliminate 99.99% of germs and viruses including Covid-19, but is not harmful to humans.

Located in the Uptown area of Phoenix, the residence is designed as a modern interpretation of 2 classic barn-like forms connected by a glass walkway.
