Houses Tulum: Caplan is a residential project of 2906.256 ft² of construction located in region 15 of the magical town of Tulum, Quintana Roo. Mexico, designed by Israel Pacheco

With a fascinating minimalist style; The elements that make this work a great visual attraction are those beautiful details in the design; such as the particular overhang that exists over the pool that generates a pleasant shadow over it, as well as respect for the existing vegetation in the lot and the open concept that generates spaciousness in the spaces and total integration with the context, causing an unmatched energy inside the home.

On the ground floor are the public areas; such as, the double-height living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom, a complete bathroom and the large pool that was made from vegetable paste in a dark color (chukum) and beautiful green areas.

On the first level are the private areas; It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and private terrace to appreciate the typical nature of the area.

Warm lighting and materials from the region are used to create a contrast of simplicity with the modern design of the project.
