Tzvia Kazayoff: This 120m² penthouse in Rosh HaAyin was designed as a model apartment to show the full potential of the building. With an extra 60m² balcony, it offers a spacious and comfortable living space for a modern family.

The heart of the apartment was designed as an open and inviting space, combining a soft, neutral-toned living room with a cozy dining area and a clean, minimalist kitchen. Large glass doors open to the big balcony, filling the apartment with natural light and making it feel even more open.

The children’s rooms were planned with a lot of thought. One has a custom round carpentry — a quiet spot where a child can sit, read, rest, and feel like it’s their own private space. Another room is made for a baby, with gentle colours and soft textures that create a calm and cozy feel.

The master bedroom is peaceful and elegant, with its own bathroom and warm materials like natural wood and soft fabrics. The apartment also includes a shared family bathroom and a guest toilet with a special sculptural sink that adds a bold design touch. Every element in the design focuses on soft textures, natural tones, and quiet elegance — creating a calm and welcoming home atmosphere.
