The project site is located in an area where the surrounding buildings have not been built yet and based on proper orientation for construction Every building.

The reconstructed building is located in a part of the city that until recently served as an industrial district. In its immediate vicinity, there is the main water treatment plant for the agglomeration, as well as smaller and larger production and commercial facilities.

This design is an idea proposed for implementation in Erbil, Iraq and its main function is a emmployees building for the headquarters of a start-up company that takes advantage of this beautiful and modern facade to visually prove its strength in the field of entrepreneur- ship in the midst of a recurring traditional architecture. 

The most northern building with a green facade in the world. The Zemelny business center is located close to the Moscow subway station named Ulitsa 1905 Goda. The building is surrounded by XX-century industrial architecture, three kilometers away from the Moscow City business district. Zemelny has become a ‘green’ alternative to it.

Built from the ground up as a structure and an interior ecosystem that breathes elemental life and traces veins of light, The Khayriya Building is an office space that defies commercial design.

Office building 23 is located in Shahriar street in north shiraz avenue. This 6 Story building has an individual office in each floor and there is a well coming lobby and 4 underground stories for parking. Being the only office building in the neighborhood surrounded by old residential blocks, in fact bring the main design ideas. Due to the municipality’s law, the building must have chamfer at each corner of south elevation, but during the design process designer takes advantage of these limitations and turns them into opportunities.

The Aventador, designed by Shiv Dada and Mohit Chawla of 23DC Architects, borrows its name from the champion Spanish bull. Shattering the age old idea of an office building being just a place to work, the Aventador is designed to inspire to be better every day.

The "Tagh Pelle" project is an exercise in forming a dialogue between two different forms of space with high contrast in performance, form, and material. Like a private office building that houses a vertical cafe gallery in its core.
