Real estate in the tallest buildings in Dubai. Skyscrapers always fascinate and attract attention. Their beauty cannot be overestimated, and the benefits of such real estate in Dubai can bring its owners millions of dollars.

The building earned the name, "Tessalace" owing to its tessellated façade design. Oxford dictionary defines, tessellate – as a pattern of repeated shapes, especially polygons that fit together closely without gaps or overlapping. Visibly, the structure of the building is enveloped in a membrane of tessellated polygons, an array of solid and voids in tones of grey and white.  

This project has begun in 2017, in one of the recently built neighborhoods, in North Eshragh Street, Esfahan, Iran. No historical identity found since Mehrabe group had visited and investigated the area.

VPA Architects: A site office is a first impression for any residential scheme. We decided to have a bold façade to have a unique identity.

The Columbia Building supports the City of Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services. Housing workspace, a visitor reception area, and public meeting spaces, the 11,640-square-foot building not only supports the engineering department of the wastewater treatment facility but also functions as an immersive educational experience, all integrated within a sustainable landscape.

The Serena Williams Building—a workplace for 2,750 occupants at more than 1 million square feet—is the largest structure at Nike World Headquarters. We led the design of all aspects of this complex building and program, including core and shell, interior design and furniture selection, and branding integration.

The project is an Corporate office for a developer in Ahmedabad. It is surrounded by dense urban fabric. The site is located in an upcoming Residential area of Ahmedabad. It has on-going construction sites all around. Presently, the site area experiences lots of unwanted noise with the movement of heavy vehicels all around the day.

Located at Mariner’s Mile in Newport Beach, 3101 West Coast Highway is a renovation and adaptive reuse of a 4-story Cape Cod-style building from the 1980s into a modern articulation of the marine coastal aesthetic.
