Due to the topography of the site and client’s wishes, it was needed to arrange a series of layers, shaped based on topography, on top of each other in other to define required floors of need. In the next step the layers curved into 3d surfaces to create a continuity between different floors.
he project site is located in the last part of an alley. Its location provided two features for the project that had to be considered. One: The user's first encounter with the body of the volume, which is formed in the direction of movement into the alley. And 2: indentation in half of the edge of the site in order to enter it.
The location of the Zaman Café project was located on the outskirt of Tonekabon City, away from the chaos and bustle of the city and, of course, away from the usual hustle of a downtown café at the end of a dead-end street.
Casa Chabacano (A glass concept). The intention of this architectural project for a single-family house is to distribute the spaces on a single floor, except for a basement, which is dedicated to storage, service and garage areas.
The starting point is the design of studies at the project site. The peripheral texture has a regular structure with small modules. The body of the project reflects the neighboring texture and this regular structure.The total volume of brick texture is a symbol of the city of Kashan. The protrusions of the main volume and the recesses of the windows allow us, in addition to providing the necessary light, to stay away from the scorching sun of this city.
Nam's house is a hidden intercalary space in the urban area because this house is located in the planning of the Doi Nhan (Vinh Phuc) route since 1999. After 21 years, this project still has not been implemented and will likely not be implemented. Therefore, it creates distances and fragmentation not only in time but also in space around the households residing in this residential area.
Fortunately, modern trends cherish the most comfortable living conditions: we wear the most comfortable clothes to feel convenient and be productive, live in cozy homes, where appliances perform routine household tasks for us, and furniture and decor in the style of hygge create an atmosphere of pleasure and tranquility. Outside of home and rest, we work in comfortable offices.
Chuanzihe Cave Dwellings is located at Shanxi Province, in between two large historic cities: Xi'an & Yan'an. The site used to be a village and now is abandoned. It is surrounded by different tourists attractions, such as Huangdi Mausoleum, Fudi Lake, and National Park. The beautiful landscape and natural resource are the significant characters of the site. These also makes this region as the ideal vacation spot.
