Romero Valente Architects: TF House is a single-family home located in southern Chile, in the Los Lagos region, in the municipality of Puerto Varas.

The house is oriented towards the northeast, providing a wide view of the Osorno volcano. Its design allows natural light to illuminate the interior both in the morning and in theafternoon. The construction, which combines wood and steel beams, is suspended from the ground to integrate with the natural environment and offer a better view of the surrounding landscape. Typical wooden sheds found in the region's countryside served as a reference for the design.

The structure of the house consists of steel pillars that support the roof, while the exterior walls are built with rough pine wood. Inside, wood takes center stage, being used on all surfaces to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gable roof and eaves are designed to efficiently face the north wind and winter rains, as well as the south wind in the summer. The height inside the house promotes better natural lighting and ventilation. In addition, it features continuous windows that provide side-to side lighting from the roof. Its excellent thermaland acoustic insulation is achieved through the use of recycled paper cellulose. The layout of the house, based on a modular design, takes advantage of natural light on all sides.

Access to the house is through an exterior staircase that leads to a platform from where one enters a single-story space with a surface area of 144.7 square meters (1,557.5 sqft). The  house's program is divided into three areas: kitchen, dining room, and living room in one area, while the bedrooms are located in a more private area.TF House is a space that integrates with the natural environment and enhances the unique views of the area
