Senko Architects: Office space project for a Ukrainian charitable foundation, whose activities are aimed at helping talented children in the field of education. The Foundation works not only with Ukrainian higher education institutions, but also with European and American universities. The office is located in the beautiful historical center of Kyiv - on Podil near the Dnipro River.

The main task was to create an informal space on the area of 225 m2. With the organization of not only the main working areas, but also: a lecture hall, which can accommodate up to 60 people (the space of this room must be mobile and flexible for different purposes of use), co-working area for 8 workplaces with a library, meeting room, kitchen. It was also important for architects to create the possibility of a comfortable movement of inclusive people.

The head of the foundation is a great admirer of modern Ukrainian art, so Senko Architects provided empty areas of the walls, where later paintings of artists and sculptures were placed. A great pride for the foundation is the library, which the foundation actively collects. That is why architects have provided several shelving units, as well as the possibility to expand the storage in the lecture hall.

In the design there is a balance between bright and calm palette, for which the main working areas are made in light, pastel colors, and the walls of the open space are filled with green color. The atmosphere of the office is at once cozy and inspiring as soon as people cross the threshold of the room.
