Mahdiye Amiri: In the heart of Bushehr city, Iran, a picturesque two-story villa stands as a testament to the fusion of tradition and contemporary living. This elegant abode, crafted from mud and clay,in the old texture, construction of buildings in this structure, each building consists of a central courtyard and 2 or 3 floors so that the lower floors are used in winter and the upper floors in summer. Also, the buildings are made of coral stones to maintain temperature within themselves, so that the house air is warm in winters and cool in summers. This villa follows these local patterns and combined them with modern and contemporary style.

As visitors approach, they are greeted by a charming balcony positioned gracefully above the entrance door, offering a glimpse of the tranquil oasis within. Inside, the villa boasts a seamless blend of modern comfort and rustic elegance. Contemporary furnishings complement traditional elements such as mat decorations and straw carpets, creating an inviting atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.

A small courtyard, featuring a majestic palm tree at its center, provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. The second-floor balcony, adorned with white cement and wood-framed doors and colorful glass windows In addition to its visual beauty, it causes light dispersion, prevents heat entry, and even repels insects. The distinction of this old texture is in its construction, considering the warm and humid climate of Bushehr, invites residents to enjoy the sights and sounds of urban life.

The deep balcony, with its arch-shaped open area and patterned tiles underfoot, offers the perfect spot for relaxation and contemplation. A locally crafted pergola, crowned with a roof of palm leaves, adds to the villa's charm, drawing inspiration from traditional Iranian architecture while embracing a modern aesthetic. Discreet sitting areas along the walls offer intimate spaces for quiet reflection or lively conversation, completing the villa's enchanting blend of past and present.
