Mahdiye Amiri: Nestled amidst the captivating landscapes of Sistan Baluchestan, Iran, a recreational resort unveils a unique combination of tradition and modernity. Constructed predominantly from locally sourced clay and mud materials, the resort seamlessly integrates the distinctive architectural elements and handcrafted traditions of the region. The structures draw inspiration from the indigenous architectural styles of Soorak, Kharkhane, Koolak, and Dorche, embodying the earthy tones and robust textures inherent to the landscape. However, what sets this resort apart is the meticulous incorporation of local crafts, particularly the artistry of felt and mat decoration.

The interiors of the resort are adorned with exquisite handcrafted felt textiles, reflecting the region's deep-rooted weaving traditions. These intricately designed felt decorations not only add a touch of authenticity but also showcase the skilled craftsmanship of the local community. In addition, traditional mat decorations, inspired by the rich heritage of Sistan Baluchestan, are employed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the spaces. Guests find themselves surrounded by the warmth and vibrancy of these locally crafted elements, creating an immersive experience that pays homage to the cultural legacy of the Baluch people.

The use of felt and mat decorations not only serves as a nod to tradition but also supports local artisans and sustains age-old craft practices. As visitors wander through the resort, they are enveloped in an atmosphere where the marriage of clay and mud materials with handcrafted embellishments weaves a narrative of cultural continuity and contemporary comfort, offering a truly authentic and enriching retreat in the heart of Sistan Baluchestan.
